PAGE HOUSE NEW YORK STRIP - Fresh NY Strip Steak is chargrilled to order with steak seasonings, served on a bed of sautéed mushrooms & topped with roasted red pepper butter, served with fresh vegetables & choice of baked or Duchess potatoes.

 

CHICKEN NANCY - Boneless, skinless chicken breast wrapped around fresh apple stuffing, breaded & oven-baked w/white wine, topped w/mornay sauce & served w/fresh roasted potatoes & vegetables.

 

POULE AU RISOTTO - Tender, young Cornish hen, oven-roasted with white wine & butter, served over creamy risotto & a side of fresh sautéed spinach.
