CHICKEN NANCY - fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast filled with an apple stuffing, oven-baked & topped with creamy mornay sauce. served with fresh, oven-roasted potatoes & fresh seasonal vegetables.
PECAN-CRUSTED SALMON - Fresh salmon filet coated with pecans, pan-seared & oven baked, topped with house-made lemon dill butter rosette. Served with fresh wild rice blend & seasonal vegetables.
