ZUPPA DE JOANNA - Chicken cooked in herbs, honey bourbon, w/carrots, celery & onion, w/ thin egg noodles in a light chicken broth.(Chef Mono’s own creation)
CHOICE OF ENTREE
STEAK DIANE - Fresh pan-seared steak topped w/a mushroom, cognac, dijon mustard cream sauce. Served w/ DUCHESS potatoes.
CHICKEN NANCY - An Old World Classic, Boneless, skinless, chicken breast wrapped around fresh apple stuffing, breaded, & oven-baked w/ white wine, & topped w/ mornay sauce & served w/ ANNA potatoes.
GINGER SHRIMP -Fresh, succulent shrimp prepared w/ fresh ginger, butter & white wine served over JASMINE rice. (Chef Mono’s own creation)
