TORTILLA ESPAÑOLA: One of Spain's most beloved national dishes.  Thinly-sliced potatoes and sweet onions with fresh well-beaten eggs form a delightful, crispy omelette, served with a bowl of fresh paella (a Valencian seafood stew with chorizo and white rice)
