APERITIVO

TAPAS:  Crusty fresh baked bread served with Manchego cheese and cured Serrano ham.

 

TORTILLA ESPAÑOLA: One of Spain's most beloved national dishes.  Thinly-sliced potatoes and sweet onions with fresh well-beaten eggs form a delightful, fluffy omelette.

SOPA: Caldo Gallego is a typical Spanish soup prepared with potatoes, onions, greens, and chorizo sausage.

CARNE de CERDO ASADO: Spanish roast pork served with white rice and red bean sauce.

ARROZ CON POLLO: Bone-in chicken stew in Spanish tomato sauce with vegetables served over white rice.

PESCADO BLANCO ESPAÑOLA: Flakey white fish broiled in white wine and butter.  Topped with sautéed onions, tomatoes, olives, and garlic.  Served over saffron rice.

 

POSTRE

MALASADAS: A hot, crispy Spanish pastry filled with raspberry jam.
